American Freedom Agenda Act

Representative Ron Paul (R-TX-14) introduced this comprehensive rights-restoring bill in October. It has only two co-sponsors, despite addressing unchecked power in the executive branch, torture, rendition, secret evidence, the Military Commissions Act and habeas corpus. It’s been hidden from the light of day by being referred to four House Committees. Only grassroots power can possibly bring this bill to the floor for a vote.
