The next step is to just kill off the detained because the nation is broke and can’t afford to support all the people it will detain. They won’t offer any excuse or explanation. They’ll just do it. Every Senator that votes to pass this legislation commits treason against the Constitution, the Republic and You.

There is a certain segment of the patriot community that consistently harps the chorus that we cannot change our system of government because the system is not the original intention of the founders of this free Republic. They chant that the system was hi-jacked and changed. My personal argument against their despairing outlook is that if the system were hi-jacked once it can be hi-jacked again … by us.
Of course, this is met with more despairing arguments such as the systems use of fraud during the election cycle and the vast amounts of money used to target the millions of malleable Americans which, even though disgusted and angry with the current state of affairs, are still unaware of the cold hard facts, the cause of these problems and the undeniable solutions.
As these disenchanted patriots move further away from the problems we face by disassociating themselves with the current form of government by use of various “paytriot” processes, there are many of us that have put on our gloves and jumped into the ring.
Through organizations like The Bill of Rights Defense Committee, The Tenth Amendment Center and the Tea Party we have been making excellent strides. These victories are not only becoming numerous but as visible as highlighted text. The writing is on the wall for the “establishment”.
Note the recent victories at the ballot box during this primary cycle:
Good Bye Arlen Specter! The fourth Democrat to lose a high profile race. And this loss comes in spite of his attempt to ride the Obama wave of popularity by changing parties in order to retain power.
Hello Rand Paul! And he is just one of many constitutionalist “Statesmen” that have joined the fray. A sound victory with more than 60% of the vote spells trouble for the status quo. The fact that Obama and his left leaning policies are not so well loved in Kentucky would make it appear to be an insurmountable task to stop Dr. Pauls march to the Senate.
As intended, there will be sweeping changes in the bodies that occupy both Houses… regardless of the money or fraud the “old guard” devotes to their efforts to retain the status quo. The “Obama” factor has become a liability as his popularity may not even be close to the numbers promoted by his adoring, boot licking media mouth pieces.
All the good news from the primary elections is just a small part of the battle. States are beginning to find their spine and are ready to stand on their own, making the hard choices and accepting the responsibility to deal with the burden and problems characteristic of those choices. Many local communities, Counties and States have passed legislation barring the enforcement of the Patriot Act, any amendments thereof and certain Executive Orders.
The ongoing efforts of the several states flexing their muscle include not only the “10th Amendment” legislation being passed in State Houses but also legislation designed to nullify the usurpation of State power by the federal government. Current nullification efforts include: Firearms Freedom Act, Medical Marijuana Laws, REAL ID, Health Care Freedom Act, Bring the Guard Home, Constitutional Tender, Cap and Trade, Federal Tax Funds Act, Sheriffs First Legislation, Federal Gun Laws, and Regulation of Intrastate Commerce.
The battle for Freedom and visible change in the political landscape continue in spite of the efforts of certain groups to bolster their numbers with insistent argument that participation in the “system” is futile. History is being made and these people will never be able to say they were a part of it. While others take to the work they stand on the sidelines believing the fairy tale that “if” they could swell their numbers they “might” be able to “apply pressure” that would bring about the desired change. (Note to those that have made this argument: After reading your argument here, doesn’t it sound a bit foolish?)
Personally, I believe these groups to be dead on regarding specific issues but totally disagree that participation in efforts to retake the government are futile. It is my belief that if the States really want to demonstrate the true extent of their power they should deny the Federal Government one of these powers. That power would be the right to issue a Passport. By reclaiming this specific right the States would be making the strongest demonstration of their Sovereignty that could possibly be made. And for those of you that do not believe the several states have the right to issue Passports I would say to you that you are ignorant of the form of government we live under. When I see a serious effort to promote the reclaiming of this rightful power by the several states begin in earnest… I will be one of the first on board.
But Please … don’t ever tell me that participation in these efforts to retake our government are an effort in futility. Join us. Fight the Good Fight.

Army Dispatched in Response to End the Fed Protests

The Liberty Restoration Project blog has posted an advisory released last November by the United States Army Reserve. “The United States Army Reserve Command is publishing this Force Protection Advisory to advise all Army Reserve personnel of the planned protests at all Federal Reserve Banks and office locations within the United States on 22 November 2008,” the document reads. “This message provides situational awareness and recommended mitigation measures.”

According to the Army Reserve, the folks gathered and exercising the First Amendment in response to the Federal Reserve’s loan sharking operation are essentially terrorists.
The Army “established relationships” with local law enforcement and the FBI and encouraged them to “update alert rosters,” according to the document. In 2003, Jim Garamone, writing for the American Forces Press Service, noted that the “Northern Command cooperates with the other unified commands and shares intelligence with them” and also has forged “relationships [that] cut across federal, state and local agencies, and include players from law-enforcement, emergency services, intelligence agencies and the military.”
In 2008, Air Force Gen. Victor E. Renuart Jr., commander of the North American Aerospace Defense Command and NorthCom, told attendees of the National Homeland Defense Foundation symposium in Colorado Springs, Colorado, “that effectively defending the homeland and responding to natural or man-made disasters requires an integrated approach that involves federal, state and local governments, and even international and private organizations,” the latter a reference to InfraGard, the private sector Gestapo with shoot to kill orders issued by the FBI (see The FBI Deputizes Business).
“We believe those relationships will be key to our success,” Air Force Gen. Ralph Eberhart told Garamone.
Northcom and the Army Reserve’s mission apparently also include reporting “all potential protest activities to the Army Reserve Operations Center.” The Army Reserve falls under the Pentagon’s Continuity of Operations program “that ensure[s] the execution of mission-essential functions… during a national security or domestic emergency” (see Militarizing the US “Homeland”: NORTHCOM’s Tasking).
In addition to Northcom “cooperation” with local law enforcement in regard to entirely legal and peaceful demonstrations, a document sent to Alex Jones earlier this month exposes an effort by Homeland Security to work with law enforcement in Missouri to demonize supporters of Ron Paul, Chuck Baldwin, and Bob Barr. Ron Paul is quite specific in his call for the Federal Reserve to be closed down. Paul told Alex Jones on March 12 that “the people responsible for the economic crisis should not be hailed as saviors and given more power to fix the problem that they created, but arrested and criminally prosecuted,” as Paul Joesph Watson reported for Prison Planet.
In 2005, NBC obtained a secret 400-page Defense Department document listing more than 1,500 “suspicious incidents” across the country related to peaceful anti-war demonstrations. “The Defense Department document is the first inside look at how the U.S. military has stepped up intelligence collection inside this country since 9/11, which now includes the monitoring of peaceful anti-war and counter-military recruitment groups,” NBC reported.

New Hampshire in Uproar
From RussiaToday.com
A group in the US State of New Hampshire is becoming more vocal in its fight for independence. They believe the federal government has overstepped its role and intruded upon their states’ rights.
A group calling themselves the Free State Project says the only option is to let states govern themselves and set their own rules – much they already do on issues like firearm legislation.New Hampshire is one of the places with the most liberal laws in the country, but now it’s in a fight for even more independence. There are about 1.3 million people living in New Hampshire. The goal of the Free State Project is to attract 20,000 people to its cause within ten years time.
They don’t want Washington making decisions for them any more.
Some prominent figures have spoken out and criticized the recent operations of the government:
“The federal government is assuming powers that weren’t delegated to it. It is already acting to destroy the economy of the United States. It is going to devalue our currency, it is further corrupting domestic policies of the states, motivating them to do things they would not do naturally, except for being bribed with the people’s money,” said State Representative Dan Itse.
“If anything is going to cause the dissolution of the United States, it’s the stimulus package and the excessive spending of the federal government,” he added.
Chris Lawless used to work for the government, but he got fed up and quit. Now, he lives in New Hampshire with his wife and three children. Chris said the US Government is incompetent, and he has no illusions about the promises of change:
“The federal government doesn’t follow its own rules. There are countless laws that break the constitution and yet they don’t seem to care that they’ve broken these laws. Obama hasn’t broken that many laws yet, but he is about to. Just because he is charismatic and well-spoken, that does not make a great leader, it makes great TV,” said Lawless, who is a member of the Free State Project.
Chris says the country would be much better off if each state decided its own needs. That way, when the government makes a mistake, the entire country doesn’t have to suffer, as is happening now in the turmoil of the current economic catastrophe.
“We always say that we’re free – the land of the free. And we’re spreading democracy. A lot of times some other countries are freer. There are decisions being made in Washington that affect our lives that they have no business making,” said Lawless.
New Hampshire is also one place in America where it is legal to carry a gun. Liberty activists make sure they exploit that right to the fullest. When asked why one activist was carrying a gun he responded:
“For the same reason I have an airbag in my car, a fire extinguisher in my kitchen, and a smoke alarm in my house.”
